    Presenter Biographical Information

    This information will be used to introduce you as a workshop presenter on our website and at the beginning of each of your workshop sessions as well as various advertising materials.
    Please include any or all of the following:
    • Current position title
    • Education/Training (including institution and field of study)
    • Interests/Hobbies
    • Family interests
    • Other areas of personal significance

    Please include a photograph of yourself.  Photographs will be used in professional Forum advertising and on our website.

    Presenter Workshop Information
    POWERPOINT PRESENTATIONS: Please check the box on the right to notify us that you will be using a screen. Please bring your own computer as well as any adapters necessary for your computer to connect to a standard HDMI.

    Presenter Hospitality Services

    EVENING  RECEPTION & LIGHT DINNER
    There will be a reception dinner served on Friday, March 1, 2024, for all Women's Forum Presenters, Board Members, Hostesses and the Keynote Speaker.  You and your guest are invited and encouraged to attend this reception.  During the reception, you will meet your Class Hostess who will introduce you at the beginning of your class.  You will also have the opportunity to set up your classroom and make sure that everything is in order.  We understand that attending the reception may not be feasible for some due to travel, but hope that you can make it.
    HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
    We appreciate your willingness to be a presenter at our Women's Forum.  We want to accommodate you as much as possible in return for your service.  Please let us know if you would like accommodations for Friday, March 1, 2024 it will be a private room in a shared house. 
    FORUM LUNCHEON
    During the Women's Forum, a delicious catered luncheon is offered to all attendees.  We would like to provide you a complimentary lunch.  Please indicate below if you will be able to attend the luncheon on the day of the Forum and if you will be bringing a guest to the luncheon so that we may reserve your complimentary meal(s) for you.  If you have special dietary restrictions (i.e. gluten free, vegan, etc.), please note them for us below so that we may best serve you.
    DISPLAY TABLE SPACE
    6' tables with a table cloth will be provided in full and half spaces according to your request.  Tables will be made available for you to set-up at your convenience following the Friday evening reception.  As a workshop presenter, you are invited to display information regarding your workshop or you may sell products that are directly related to your workshop presentation such as books or crafts.  (We ask that NO sales take place during the workshop session). 
    WORKSHOP HANDOUTS
    Copies of your handouts for your presentation will be copied for you and provided to you at the Friday evening reception.  Furthermore, a copy of your handout will be published on our website following the Forum so that attendees that were unable to attend your class may review them for their continued learning.
